Penny McKay
Penny McKay (she/they) is a LGBTQ+ inclusion advisor, speaker, community builder and trauma-informed movement advocate. Penny has worked across a broad range of health and wellbeing settings, including residential youth care, family violence, crisis services, carceral settings, disaster recovery, digital mental health support and currently advises health and well-being organizations on best practice to support people with diverse genders and sexualities. Penny has supported facilitating the Fight Back Project in El Salvador in an underserved community heavily impacted by violence and prejudice.

Pharrell Shaymar
Pharrell Shaymar (he/they) AKA "The Pad Technician" Pharrell is a professional boxing coach with over 10 years' experience coaching athletes, amateur boxers, women's self defence programs, and group fitness. Pharrell is an accomplished speaker LGBTQ+ Advocate and community leader. Pharrell uses the prism of boxing through advocacy, breaking down barriers, educational videos and breaking stereo types of trans people in combat sports. His key message is "I will never become biologically male, but I am a gentleman"
